SINGLE WALL [2PLY] PAPER CORRUGATION MACHINE. HOW IT WORKS?
Two Paper Reels – Fluting media & liner paper & starch-based gum. Powder mixed with water in liquid form. To start the Heaters as heating time is around 40 minutes. Set the Flute roller according to the paper's thickness – set gum unit & finally set pressure roller, we get 2 Ply. Keep the speed in control to minimize wastage. Control the breaks of both paper reels for even unwinding. The finished 2 Ply Corrugated paper can be Rewinded for keeping in 2 Ply Roll form. If the cutting size is ready it can be cut into the required length with the help of an online 2 Ply Rotary Sheet Cutter. Standard size 52" corrugator
CORRUGATION AUTO SHEET CUTTER
This sheet cutter will get synchronized with the corrugation machine to give a continuous automatic output of sheets and paper.
A corrugator or corrugation equipment is a set of machines designed to bring together three, five, or seven sheets of paper to form a single, double or triple wallboard in a continuous process. The 3 key stages: Corrugating the flutes and gluing to a single liner. Gluing the outside liner to make a rigid board.
RS4 BOARD PRINTING & CUTTING WITH AUTO FEEDER [IMPORTED, CHINA]
This machine is capable of printing double colors on a board and also adopts a die-cutting style to replace the traditional slotting style. This new and synthetic equipment can finish auto slotting corner-slicing, line-rolling paper dividing at one. Adopts exported cambered saw-tooth knife making the die-cutting surface smooth and without burr.
DIE PUNCHING MACHINE
This machine is widely used for creasing and punching cardboard cartons as well as corrugated boxes. This easy-to-operate machine is robustly constructed and can withstand heavy strains in continuous operation. Die-based boxes are only done by punching machine, Die-cutting is a process whereby a die is used to cut through materials such as paper and cards on a die press. The process allows you to make an identical cut into material numerous times. For each job, a die, which is a shaped blade, is custom made for the item being created.
ROTARY CREASING MACHINE
The machine is used for creasing and cutting corrugated boards simultaneously. Creasing and cutting heads are adjustable. Two side gauges are provided for accuracy in the cutting and creasing of boards.
AUTO STITCHING MACHINE [IMPORTED, CHINA]
This automatic machine will do the stitching of the pin automatically very fast and accurately.
BOARD PASTING MACHINE
Starch base water-soluble cooked gum or cold gum. As per quality in liquid form, if the TOP paper is printed earlier keep ready for pasting. Pass 2 ply from the pasting machine set gum roller & pressure roller & start. On the other side, the top paper will be ready and to be kept manually on 2 ply pasted sheets which are coming out from the machine, so we get 3 Ply. If it is 5 ply to pass 2 papers of 2 ply & to paste TOP paper we get 5 ply.
SHEET PRESSING MACHINE
Sheet Pressing Machine offered come backed by latest technology support and provide for reliable and consistent working performance. These sheet pressing machines find use in pressing corrugated sheet post pasting to avoid air bubbles. Some of its features include helps in avoiding even shape of sheet; allows for uniform compression all over the surface; switch support for moving upper plate upside down; pressures on sheets are regulated by spring action; all moving parts coming protected by safety guard.
SLOTTING MACHINE
This machine is equipped with an advanced hydraulic system to change the flute rolls quickly. The machine is sturdy in construction and hassle-free to operate. Further, this machine is used for slotting sheets for corrugated boxes.
MANUAL STITCHING MACHINE
The stitching process is the final process in the box-making unit. In each box, there will be several pins single in a single line or two pins on Top & two pins on the bottom & single in between as per the strength required for one plant minimum of two machines require. We have two Stitching Machines.
STRAPPING MACHINE
This machine is used to bundle the cartons to send customers safely and to stake properly.
